Letzte Etappe

Huhu! :-)


Die mehr oder weniger letzte Etappe ist nun geschafft.
Schule ist heute vorbei, ich habe ein gutes Zeugniss in der Hand und nun liegen "nur" noch 6 Wochen Ferien vor mir.

In der letzten Woche war ich mit meinem Spanischkurs in Barcelona, und nach nur zwei Stunden Flug war auch schon der Gedanke in meinem Kopf: "In sechs Wochen wird genau diese Tür aufgehen und deine neue Familie wird da stehen". Irgendwie schon ein komisches Gefühl.

Ich kanns gar nicht erwarten, und der Gedanke daran, dass es wirklich nur noch 45 Tage sind macht mich nervös. Viele Leute habe ich heute das Letzte Mal gesehen, und weil ich nächste Woche nach Berlin fliege und mich von meiner Familie verabschieden werde und noch  2 Wochen ins Zeltlager als Betreuer fahre bleiben mir eigentlich nur noch 20 Tage hier zu Hause.

Ja, und dann gehts los. Ich freu mich so sehr drauf, und hoffe in den nächsten Tagen auch mit meinen Gasteltern und Brüdern skypen zu können.

45 Tage. Der Countdown läuft.

The more then less last stage is passed now.
School is over today, I have a quite good Schoolreport in my hands and now there are "just" 6 Weeks of Holidays.

In the last week I was in Barcelona with my spanishcourse, and after just 2 hours flying there was the thought in my mind: "In six weeks exactly this door will open and your new family will stand there.". In a way, a strange feeling.

I can't wait for it, and the very thought of just 45 days makes me a bit nervous. Many people I saw today for the last time, and because I'm going with Flight to Berlin next week to say Goodbye from my family and for two weeks in camp as teamleader, there are just 20 days for me at home.

Yeah, and then I will go. I'm so ecxited and I hope I can skype in the next days again with my Hostparents and Brothers.

45 days. The Countdown has started.

Eigentlich gibts mal wieder nicht viel zu erzählen.

 Ich und Atlantis haben endlich einen Termin gefunden um mal zu skypen und sich gegenseitig zu sehen. War echt gut, wir haben uns ungefähr eine Stunde unterhalten, und mit dem Englisch war es auch kein Problem (zum Glück!) . Ich bin echt froh dass es Skype gibt, so konnte ich auch mal das Haus ein bisschen sehen und die süüüßen Hunde. Abgesehen von ein paar Minuten der Stille haben wir uns viel erzählt und ich freu mich richtig drauf endlich in die USA zu gehen.

Halbzeit, es sind nämlich nur noch 50 Tage!


So, das wars auch schon, was ich erzählen wollte. Letzte Woche hat alles schon angefangen, letzte Reitstunde, letzter normaler Schultag, jaja, so gehts los. Nächste Woche ist Ferienstart, manche sehe ich dann gar nicht mehr vorm Abflug.

Wie schnell doch alles vergeht, aber ich kanns kaum noch abwarten.

Actually there isn't again much to say.

Me and Atlantis found finally a time to skype with each other and to see the other one. Was really good, we talked for about one hour, and there wasn't any problem with the english. (Luckly!). I'm really happy that there's something like skype, so I could see something of the house and the cuuute dogs. Instead of some minutes of silence we talked a lot and I'm so ecxited to go in the US.

Halftime, there are only 50 days!

Well, that's it, I want to tell you. Last week there start everything, last riding lesson, last normal schoolday, yeah, so it's starting. Next week begin the holidays, some people I wont see before the flight.

How fast everything goes, but I can't wait to come to Colorado.

Vorbereitungswochenende

Huhu :)

Das Vorbereitungswochenende ist jetzt vorbei und ich dacht ich erzähl einfach mal ein bisschen darüber.

Auch wenn die zwei Tage in Frankfurt anstrengend waren und es viele Infos aufeinmal gab, bekam ich auch einige interessante Sachen erzählt. Hu, jetzt wirds ernst. Das war so die letzte Etappe von DFSR vor Amerika und ich werd schon ganz nervös :-D

Zum Wochenende jetzt:
Viele Sachen wusste ich schon, die ich alle schon erledigt habe (Visum, Versicherung, Geld undundund), also war das nicht so interessant.
Die Regeln wurden mir fünf mal erklärt und auch wie die Ami's so ungefähr ticken ;-) Ach, ob ich da so von Anfang an alles richtig mach... Ich bin gespannt. Aber an sich wurde mir auch gesagt, dass alles da ziemlich locker ist, und ich mir eigentlich überhaupt keine Sorgen machen muss. Ich denk dass meine Gastfamilie mich dabei auch super unterstützen wird, da habe ich echt Glück gehabt.
Ich hoffe dass wir demnächst auch Skypen können. Hihi, da muss ich ja Englisch reden, das kann ja was werden.
 So, bald kommen die Flugunterlagen und dann gehts los.
Alles fängt schon so an, letzte Woche letzte "normale" Reitstunde in der Halle, nächste Woche letzter gescheiter Schultag und und und. Ach ich freu mich ja so! Aber andererseits werde ich natürlich alle meine Freunde vermissen, viele sehe ich ab den Ferien nicht mehr und so.


Naja, das wars auch schon.

The preperation-weekend is over now, so I thought I tell you something about it.

Even if the two days in Frankfourt were very hard and there were much information at once, I get some interestig things telled. Hou, now it's going to be serious. It was now the last stage from DFSR before the US and I am a bit nervous now :-D

The weekend now:
Many thing I already knew before which I finished already (Visa, Insurance, Money andandand), so it wasn't so interesting.
The rules were telled for, I guess, fivethousand times and also how the americans are off. (Hope it's the right expression ...) ;-) Well, if I will do everything right from the beginning ... I'm curious. But they said also that I don't have to be afraid. I think my hostfamily will be a big assistance with that, I have big luck with them, I guess.
I hope we can skype in the next time. Hehe, then I have to talk in english, this could be funny I guess.
So, in the next time I'll get my flightinformation and then everythings ready.
Everything's starting now, the last "normal" Riding-Lesson, next week the last "normal" Schoolday and and and. I'm so ecxited! But on the other hand I will miss all my Friends, some of them I wont see from the holidays 'til the flight and all of this.

Eigentlich gibts nichts neues zu berichten, aber ich dacht mir ich schreib trotzdem mal was.

Mein Pass inklusive Visum ( und einem seeeehhhr bescheuerten Foto von mir) kam letztens mit der Post. Yey, ich darf in die Staaten reisen! 

Am Wochenende habe ich mein Vorbereitungswochenende von DFSR. Bin mal gespannt was ich da so zu hören bekomme, aber ich erwarte eigentlich nicht so viel, da ich ja auch schon bei einem anderen Wochenende von einer anderen Organisation war. Naja, ich muss halt Samstag & Sonntag da bleiben, aber wer weiß, vielleicht wirds ja ganz gut? (:

Übrigens, noch 62 Tage! -> Nur noch 9 Wochen. Wie schnell die Zeit vergeht, aber eigentlich kann ichs gar nicht erwarten. Ich freu mich total!!!

Actually there's nothing new to report here, but I thought I can write something anyway.

My passport including my visa ( and a baaaaad photo of me) was in the letterbox in the last days. Yey, I may travel to the States!

This Weekend I'll have my preperationweekend from DFSR. I'm curious about what I'll hear there, but I don't expect anything, because I was allready at a weekend of another organisation. Well, I have to stay there Saturday & Sunday, but who knows what could happen, maybe it'll be great? (:

By the way, just 62 days! -> Just 9 weeks. How fast time passes by, but when I'm honest I can't wait to come to Colorado. I'm soooo excited!!!

Heute musste ich ins Konsulat nach Frankfurt um mein Visum zu beantragen. Ja, war irgendwie komisch. Einerseits doof, weil ich etwas früher aufstehen musste, andererseits komisch weil ich da ganz alleine rein und alles regeln musste. Alles war super hochgesichert, und ich musste fünfmal mindestens meinen Pass vorzeigen. Abgesehen vom Sicherheitsmann am Anfang sprach ich mit allen auf Deutsch, was echt gut war, so früh morgens ist mein Englisch noch nicht so gut :D So gings weiter wie am Flughafen und ich musste dann erstmal alle meine Dokumente sortieren, von denen ich keine Ahnung hatte, weil mein Vater sie alle hatte. (Der übrigens im Auto wartete :D) Eine ewige Zeit im Warteraum später wollten sie meine Fingerabdrücke und ich durfte noch länger warten. Aber wenigstens gab es ein englisches Heftchen über meine Rechte in Amerika. Dann wurde ich erneut aufgerufen, der Herr am Schalter fragte mich was über Indien (tjaja, ich mag meinen Reisepass) und wo ich hingehe, auf welche Schule. Das wars auch schon, allgemein wars sehr ... ungewohnt da. Aber ich bin  froh dass ich mein Visum jetzt hab.

70 Tage noch, und um auf die Frage meines PoWi-Lehrers zu antworten, ja, ich gehe wirklich freiwillig nach Amerika :D

Today I had to go to the consulate in Frankfourt to apply for my visa. Yep, was a bit strange. On the one hand stupid, because I had to get up a bit earlier, on the other hand strange, because I had to go all alone in there and manage everything. Everthing there was secured and I had to show my passport around 5 times or more. Aside of the Secureman at the beginning I spoke with everyone german, very good, so early my englisch isn't so well :D So it went on like on an airport and I had to arrange my documents first, of which I didn't even have any idea because my Dad have had them all. (Who sat in the car, by the way :D) A long time to wait in the Waitingroom until they wanted my fingerprints, and after that I had to wait again. But at least I got a brochure with all my rights in America. Then I was called again, the Mister at the counter asked me things of my travel to India (yep, I like my passport) and where I am going to, which place, which school. That was it, in general it was ... very unusual. But I'm happy having my visa now.

70 days ahead, and to answer the question of my Politic-Teacher, yes, I'm going voluntarily to America :D

Ja, in letzter Zeit gibts an sich nicht viel zu erzählen. Ich bin super gut in Kontakt mit meiner Familie, und freu mich schon richtig auf Colorado. (Zumal ich auch rausgefunden habe, dass das Colorado National Monument in der Nähe von Grand Junction, der nächstgrößeren Stadt von Cedaredge ist!! Hoffentlich hab ich mal die Gelegenheit da vorbeizuschaun.)

Es sind noch 73 Tage und bald habe ich mein Vorbereitungswochenende von DFSR in Frankfurt. Bin mal gespannt was ich da so erzählt bekomme.
Am Montag fahre ich auch nach Frankfurt, um im Konsulat mein Visum zu beantragen. Auch wenn mein Vater meinte, ich solle mich da irgendwie vorstelln, muss ich eigentlich nur unterschreiben.

Und sonst ... gibts eigentlich nichts neues zu erzählen, außer dass ich mich tierisch freu! :))

Well, in the last time there wasn't so much to tell. I'm in a very good contact with my family and very ecxited for Colorado. (Especially because I found out, that the Colorado National Monument is very near to Grand Junction, the next bigger town in the region of Cedaredge!! I hope I will have the chance to look around there.

73 Days until the flight and soon I have my preparation weekend from DFSR and I'm curious of the things I will be told.
On Monday I'm going to Frankfourt, to get my visa in the american consulate. Even if my Dad told me to tell something about me there or to present me, I just have to sign something.

And ... nothing special or new to tell anymore, instead of me, being sooo happy and curious! :))
